Overview

The UF Bag Filter Dust Collector is a high-performance dust removal system derived from advanced American Fuller technology of the 1980s. Known for its cost-effectiveness and practical design, this industrial dust extractor is tailored for localized dust control at cement plant warehouses, belt conveyors, and various discharge points.

Key Features

  • Exceptional Filtration: Achieves 99.8% efficiency using high-quality polyester filter bags.
  • Customizable Design: Optional materials for temperature and corrosion resistance ensure suitability for specialized industries.
  • Space-Efficient: Compact and modular, making installation and maintenance straightforward.
  • Wide Application Range: Ideal for use in industrial facilities such as cement plants and manufacturing conveyors.
  • Self-Cleaning System: Automated cleaning function ensures continuous and reliable operation without manual intervention.

Operational Workflow

Dust-laden air enters the system from the base and is filtered through durable filter bags. Clean air exits through an induced draft fan, while accumulated dust on the bags triggers an automatic cleaning cycle. The cleaned dust can either be returned to a conveyor system or directly discharged into storage.

Application Advantages

This versatile dust removal equipment is engineered to address various industrial air filtration needs, offering a compact design combined with reliable performance. Its ability to handle localized dust sources with high precision makes it indispensable for operations requiring stringent air quality control.

FAQ
Q : What parameters are required for designing a dust collector?
A: To accurately design a dust collector, we need the following parameters: air volume, pressure, local emission standards, and whether the system will handle dust or flue gas. If dealing with flue gas, the temperature must also be provided.
Q : Can we design a dust collector if the customer only provides a factory layout without specific parameters?
A: Yes, we can design a dust collector based on the customer's factory layout and provide a proposal and quotation to ensure compatibility with the existing space and optimal system arrangement.
Q : What materials are used for filter bags?
A: We provide filter bags in various materials, including polyester needle-punched felt, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), to accommodate different operating conditions and dust characteristics.
Q : What is the minimum emission standard that can be achieved?
A: Our dust collectors can meet extremely low emission standards, with the lowest achievable emission level being below 1mg/m³, complying with strict environmental regulations.
Q : What are the available dust discharge methods?
A: The dust discharge methods include bulk bag collection, dust bucket collection, and screw conveyors. The most suitable method can be selected based on the customer's processing requirements and site conditions.
Q : What is the typical service life of a dust collector?
A: Under normal usage and proper maintenance, a dust collector typically has a service life of over 10 years.
Q : Can the dust collector be customized?
A: Yes, we offer customized solutions based on the customer's specific requirements and operating conditions to design and manufacture the most suitable dust collector.
