Overview
The XMC pulse dust collector is an advanced industrial dust collection equipment engineered to offer exceptional efficiency in removing dust and particulate matter from industrial environments. Based on the MO-11 and FBF models, this dust collector integrates pulse jet cleaning and chamber back-blowing technology to ensure optimal dust removal and airflow management. The design eliminates the problems of uneven air distribution and insufficient chamber cleaning, resulting in a more effective filtration process.
This dust extraction system is ideal for use in various heavy-duty industries, such as asphalt mixing plants, crushers, mills, and dryers. The filter bags, made of high-quality polyester needle felt, provide exceptional durability and filtration performance at temperatures up to 120°C. For higher temperature applications, Metas filter bags can be utilized, with necessary cooling measures to maintain system efficiency. In colder climates or when the flue gas temperature falls below freezing, it is recommended to add insulation and heating devices to the system to ensure continuous operation.
The XMC pulse dust collector boasts an impressive dust removal efficiency of over 99.8%, making it one of the most efficient baghouse dust collectors available. It is capable of operating under both negative pressure and positive pressure without any structural modifications. The purified gas released from the system has a dust concentration of less than 100mg/m³, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental regulations. This heavy-duty dust collector requires minimal maintenance, ensuring long-term, reliable performance.

FAQ
-
Q : What parameters are required for designing a dust collector?
-
A: To accurately design a dust collector, we need the following parameters: air volume, pressure, local emission standards, and whether the system will handle dust or flue gas. If dealing with flue gas, the temperature must also be provided.
-
Q : Can we design a dust collector if the customer only provides a factory layout without specific parameters?
-
A: Yes, we can design a dust collector based on the customer's factory layout and provide a proposal and quotation to ensure compatibility with the existing space and optimal system arrangement.
-
Q : What materials are used for filter bags?
-
A: We provide filter bags in various materials, including polyester needle-punched felt, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), to accommodate different operating conditions and dust characteristics.
-
Q : What is the minimum emission standard that can be achieved?
-
A: Our dust collectors can meet extremely low emission standards, with the lowest achievable emission level being below 1mg/m³, complying with strict environmental regulations.
-
Q : What are the available dust discharge methods?
-
A: The dust discharge methods include bulk bag collection, dust bucket collection, and screw conveyors. The most suitable method can be selected based on the customer's processing requirements and site conditions.
-
Q : What is the typical service life of a dust collector?
-
A: Under normal usage and proper maintenance, a dust collector typically has a service life of over 10 years.
-
Q : Can the dust collector be customized?
-
A: Yes, we offer customized solutions based on the customer's specific requirements and operating conditions to design and manufacture the most suitable dust collector.
