The HMC Single Machine Pulse Jet Dust Collector is an advanced dust control system tailored for industrial applications, particularly in cement plants. Built upon global and domestic technological advancements, this Bag Filter Dust Collector addresses dust emissions from specific sources, such as silo tops, conveyor systems, and roof installations. Its pulse jet cleaning mechanism guarantees efficient operation, extending the lifespan of filter bags while maintaining high air filtration performance. Compact, reliable, and easy to maintain, it is an excellent choice for industries requiring effective dust removal.

Structure and Working Principle

HMC Pulse Jet Industrial Dust Collector for Cement Plants

This Heavy-Duty Dust Collector consists of a housing, fan, dust hopper (optional), and pulse jet cleaning mechanism. It comes in six configurations, categorized as Type A (with hopper) and Type B (without hopper). Dust-laden air enters the collector, where filter bags supported by durable metal frames capture particulate matter. The purified air is discharged through the fan, while collected dust settles into the hopper.

The cleaning process is controlled by an automated system, which monitors dust accumulation. When resistance reaches a set threshold, compressed air is released into the filter bags, causing them to expand and dislodge accumulated dust. This dust is collected in the hopper for disposal. The system ensures continuous operation with minimal downtime, making it ideal for industries such as cement, mining, and materials processing.

This Dust Extraction System, combining compact design and advanced cleaning technology, is designed for high-demand environments, ensuring compliance with air quality standards and reducing operational costs.

FAQ
Q : What parameters are required for designing a dust collector?
A: To accurately design a dust collector, we need the following parameters: air volume, pressure, local emission standards, and whether the system will handle dust or flue gas. If dealing with flue gas, the temperature must also be provided.
Q : Can we design a dust collector if the customer only provides a factory layout without specific parameters?
A: Yes, we can design a dust collector based on the customer's factory layout and provide a proposal and quotation to ensure compatibility with the existing space and optimal system arrangement.
Q : What materials are used for filter bags?
A: We provide filter bags in various materials, including polyester needle-punched felt, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), to accommodate different operating conditions and dust characteristics.
Q : What is the minimum emission standard that can be achieved?
A: Our dust collectors can meet extremely low emission standards, with the lowest achievable emission level being below 1mg/m³, complying with strict environmental regulations.
Q : What are the available dust discharge methods?
A: The dust discharge methods include bulk bag collection, dust bucket collection, and screw conveyors. The most suitable method can be selected based on the customer's processing requirements and site conditions.
Q : What is the typical service life of a dust collector?
A: Under normal usage and proper maintenance, a dust collector typically has a service life of over 10 years.
Q : Can the dust collector be customized?
A: Yes, we offer customized solutions based on the customer's specific requirements and operating conditions to design and manufacture the most suitable dust collector.
