Working Principle


The FBS Two-Stage Axial Flow Mine Fan features a dual-stage impeller system, powered by two explosion-proof motors of equal capacity. Both impellers rotate in the same direction, significantly enhancing airflow stability and pressure output. The airflow process consists of:
 

1️⃣ Air Intake – The first-stage impeller accelerates airflow, increasing energy.
2️⃣ Intermediate Guide Vanes – Air is stabilized before reaching the second-stage impeller.
3️⃣ Secondary Air Boost – The second-stage impeller further increases pressure and airflow volume.
4️⃣ Final Air Discharge – The optimized airflow exits, providing efficient ventilation for underground mining applications.
