The Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization System is a state-of-the-art industrial dust removal system that provides effective control of harmful flue gas emissions. It features a desulfurization tower, an ash recycling mechanism, a water spray system, a post-desulfurization dust collector, and an automated control system for precise operation.

The system functions by introducing flue gas from the boiler into the desulfurization tower, where it is thoroughly mixed with absorbent material and circulating desulfurization ash. To optimize chemical reactions, a spray system atomizes water to adjust the flue gas temperature to a level 15-20°C above the dew point. This enables sulfur dioxide (SO2) to react instantly with calcium hydroxide [Ca(OH)2], forming calcium sulfite hemihydrate (CaSO2·1/2H2O).

Additionally, the system converts other pollutants, such as hydrogen fluoride (HF) and hydrogen chloride (HCl), into by-products like calcium fluoride (CaF2) and calcium chloride (CaCl2). The cleaned flue gas is then directed into the post-desulfurization dust extraction unit for gas-solid separation before being safely discharged through the induced draft fan.
