The 64-5 Pulse Jet Baghouse Dust Collector is an advanced dust extraction system, specially developed for heavy-duty industrial applications. This industrial-grade dust collection unit is designed to efficiently capture and remove airborne dust in cement manufacturing, metallurgy, power generation, and chemical industries.

Equipped with five filtration chambers, this system ensures continuous operation while preventing pressure loss through offline pulse jet cleaning. By utilizing compressed air bursts, the system effectively dislodges accumulated dust from the filter bags, enhancing filter longevity and reducing maintenance requirements.

Key Performance Features

  1. High-efficiency filtration with a 99.8% dust collection rate.

  2. Handles air volumes up to 23,000 m³/h, suitable for high-dust environments.

  3. 320 robust filter bags designed for extended service life.

  4. Low resistance operation, maintaining outlet dust concentration under 50 mg/Nm³.

  5. Advanced PLC-based control system for optimized filtration and automated cleaning.

Working Principle of the 64-5 Pulse Jet Dust Collector

  1. Dust Collection Process
    • Dust-laden air enters through the system’s air inlet.
    • Pre-separation occurs as larger dust particles settle in the hopper due to gravity.
    • Fine dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, while clean air exits through the outlet.
    •
  2. Pulse Jet Cleaning Mechanism
    • When dust accumulation increases, the PLC system triggers cleaning cycles.
    • One filtration chamber is isolated while compressed air pulses are released.
    • The pulse valve releases high-pressure air, dislodging dust from the filter bags.
    • The chamber resumes filtration while another undergoes cleaning.
    • This offline system ensures uninterrupted dust collection.
    •
  3. Dust Disposal System
    • Collected dust is funneled into the hopper and removed via a screw conveyor and star discharger.
    • Automated dust discharge minimizes manual maintenance.

FAQ
Q : What parameters are required for designing a dust collector?
A: To accurately design a dust collector, we need the following parameters: air volume, pressure, local emission standards, and whether the system will handle dust or flue gas. If dealing with flue gas, the temperature must also be provided.
Q : Can we design a dust collector if the customer only provides a factory layout without specific parameters?
A: Yes, we can design a dust collector based on the customer's factory layout and provide a proposal and quotation to ensure compatibility with the existing space and optimal system arrangement.
Q : What materials are used for filter bags?
A: We provide filter bags in various materials, including polyester needle-punched felt, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), to accommodate different operating conditions and dust characteristics.
Q : What is the minimum emission standard that can be achieved?
A: Our dust collectors can meet extremely low emission standards, with the lowest achievable emission level being below 1mg/m³, complying with strict environmental regulations.
Q : What are the available dust discharge methods?
A: The dust discharge methods include bulk bag collection, dust bucket collection, and screw conveyors. The most suitable method can be selected based on the customer's processing requirements and site conditions.
Q : What is the typical service life of a dust collector?
A: Under normal usage and proper maintenance, a dust collector typically has a service life of over 10 years.
Q : Can the dust collector be customized?
A: Yes, we offer customized solutions based on the customer's specific requirements and operating conditions to design and manufacture the most suitable dust collector.
