DECENT MACHINERY completes comprehensive pre-delivery inspection of centrifugal fans to ensure excellent performance and quality

Recently, DECENT MACHINERY conducted a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection of a centrifugal fan at its inspection site to ensure that the equipment fully complies with all standard requirements. The inspection covered multiple key performance indicators such as current, vibration, airflow and noise, demonstrating DECENT MACHINERY's strict control over product quality.
The inspection process starts with the current test. Before the test, the inspection instrument was zeroed to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. The test results showed that the fan's current value was consistent with the nameplate parameters and fully met the design requirements.
The vibration test was then carried out. The inspection team conducted vibration measurements on the key components of the motor. According to international standards, the vibration level must not exceed 6.3 mm/s, and DECENT MACHINERY's centrifugal fans not only meet international standards, but also exceed national standards, showing higher operating stability.
Next is the airflow test. After zeroing the instrument, the inspection team measured the airflow output of the fan. The results showed that the airflow parameters of the fan were exactly the same as the nameplate specifications, confirming that its performance met the design standards.
The final test was the noise test. The test results showed that the centrifugal fan showed excellent noise control during operation, fully meeting environmental protection requirements and customer expectations.
