Recently, DECENT MACHINERY's technical team arrived at the Thai customer project site and provided them with a high-performance centrifugal fan. They also supervised the installation and commissioning work throughout the process to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment.

 

This centrifugal fan is 3 meters long and 3 meters wide, and is designed to meet the customer's high efficiency and stable operation needs. The fan is equipped with an imported adjustable damper, which can accurately adjust the airflow according to the actual operation needs, thereby improving the operation efficiency. In addition, we installed an actuator control switch next to the damper to facilitate the operator to adjust the airflow at any time.

 

To prevent water accumulation and potential damage inside the fan, we designed a drain at the bottom of the fan inlet to ensure effective drainage and maintain the best performance of the equipment. At the same time, to reduce vibration and noise, we installed ten shock-absorbing pads at the bottom of the fan to reduce the transmission of vibration to the foundation structure and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.

 

The centrifugal fan adopts a split housing design for easy installation and maintenance. The housing is reinforced with 5 mm thick reinforcement ribs to enhance structural integrity and durability. In addition, we have designed maintenance access doors to facilitate operators to inspect and maintain internal components to ensure long-term reliable operation of the equipment.

 

The fan adopts a belt drive system. By adjusting the pulley diameter and belt length, the airflow can be flexibly adjusted to meet different operating requirements. To ensure the safety of operators, we installed a belt guard to effectively prevent accidental injuries caused by rotating parts.

 

The fan is also equipped with an integrated bearing seat to provide solid structural support. We designed a lubricant filling port and an oil level observation window to facilitate operators to monitor the lubricant level and ensure that the lubricant is kept at one-third of the observation window to maintain the optimal performance of the bearing.
