DECENT MACHINERY completes rigorous performance tests on two centrifugal fans to ensure excellent quality

On March 7, 2025, DECENT MACHINERY conducted comprehensive and rigorous performance tests on two centrifugal fans at its testing center to ensure that the equipment fully meets customer requirements. The test covered multiple key performance indicators such as current, vibration, airflow and noise, demonstrating DECENT MACHINERY's strict control of product quality.
Test of the first fan
The first fan has a size of 2350 mm long, 1500 mm wide and 2200 mm high, and is specially equipped with internal insulation cotton to provide excellent thermal insulation performance. The testing team first conducted a current test on it. After zeroing the instrument, the test results showed that the current value of the fan was exactly the same as the motor nameplate parameters, meeting the acceptance criteria.
The subsequent vibration test showed that the vibration values of all parts of the fan were in line with the nameplate parameters, and the vibration level met the international standards (not exceeding G6.3) and exceeded the national standards, showing excellent operating stability. The final noise test results showed that the noise level of the fan during operation met the industry standards.
Second fan test
The dimensions of the second fan are 1920 mm long, 1400 mm wide and 1700 mm high. The same test process ensures the reliability of its performance. The current test results show that the current value of the fan is consistent with the motor nameplate parameters and meets the acceptance criteria. The vibration test results show that the vibration value of the fan meets the international standard (not exceeding G6.3) and exceeds the national standard, showing excellent performance. The airflow test confirms that the actual airflow of the fan is consistent with the nameplate value and meets the design standard. The noise test results also show that the noise level of the fan during operation meets the industry standard.
After a series of rigorous tests, both centrifugal fans have been verified to fully meet customer requirements, showing reliable quality and excellent performance.
