The YX9-35 Series Induced Draft Fan is engineered to match boilers with capacities from 1t/h to 4t/h, with models like 5C, 6.3C, and 8C/D perfectly suited for these applications. It addresses common issues like noise and insufficient airflow, operating with a noise level of only 76dB(A), well below the environmental standard of 90dB. This makes the fan an excellent solution for industries that demand both efficiency and reduced sound levels.
 

Form


  • 1. The fan is a single-suction design available in sizes such as No.4.5C, No.6.3C, and No.8C/D, intended for use with 1t/h to 4t/h boilers.
  • 2. It can be configured in both right-hand and left-hand models. When looking from the motor side, a clockwise impeller rotation indicates a right-hand configuration ("right"), while counterclockwise rotation indicates a left-hand configuration ("left").
  • 3. The outlet angle of the fan casing is customizable, with options of 0°, 90°, and 180° for both right- and left-handed configurations.

Structural Characteristics


The YX9-35 Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan is composed of the following key components: casing, impeller, air inlet, front cover, and transmission system.

  1. 1. Impeller: Equipped with 16 forward-curved blades made from Q345 (16Mn) steel, the impeller ensures efficient airflow and is dynamically balanced to provide smooth operation with high durability.
  2. 2. Casing: The casing is a welded spiral structure made from standard steel plates, designed for optimal performance.
  3. 3. Air Inlet: The air inlet has a streamlined, converging design, securely attached to the casing along with the front cover plate using bolts.
  4. 4. Regulating Door: This door, made of standard steel, allows precise control over airflow, adjusting between 90° (fully closed) and 0° (fully open).
  5. 5. Support Structure: The No.6.3C fan comes with a sturdy steel bracket to enhance structural stability.
  6. 6. Transmission System: The transmission includes the main shaft and bearing box. The shaft is made from high-quality steel. Bearings for smaller fans (below No.6.3C) are cooled using fan blades, while larger models use copper cooling pipes. The bearing box also includes a thermometer and oil level indicator for optimal operation.

 

Performance and Selection


  • 1. Customers can choose the appropriate fan model and motor based on the performance data, which includes specifications for flow rate and total pressure.
  • 2. The factory testing guarantees that the fan’s total pressure does not deviate more than ±5% from the required value.
  • 3. Performance data in the table assumes a flue gas temperature of 200°C, atmospheric pressure of 101325Pa, and gas density of 0.745Kg/m³. If operating conditions differ from these assumptions, performance calculations should be adjusted accordingly using the relevant formulas.
