Application

The YS6-45-11 boiler fan is ideal for 2~4 ton per hour industrial boilers, effectively managing coal combustion and removing smoke and dust. Its maximum efficiency reaches 86.3%, making it suitable for boilers with similar air intake conditions, operating up to 250℃.
 

Form

  • 1. This fan features a single-suction structure and is available in three sizes: No.5, No.5.6, and No.6.3. The fan blades can be adjusted to meet different operational requirements.
  • 2. The fan is available in right-hand and left-hand rotations. Right-hand fans rotate clockwise when viewed from the motor end, and left-hand fans rotate counterclockwise.
  • 3. The fan housing allows for outlet angles at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.

 

Structural Characteristics

  • 1. Impeller: Featuring 12 backward-curved blades made from Q345 steel, the impeller is welded and dynamically balanced for smooth, long-term use.
  • 2. Casing: Constructed from welded steel plates into a volute form.
  • 3. Air Inlet: The air inlet is a convergent, streamlined structure and is securely bolted to the casing.
  • 4. Transmission System: The system consists of a high-strength steel shaft, water-cooled bearing box, and coupling, lubricated with high-temperature molybdenum disulfide grease for optimal performance.
  • 5. Flow Control Door: The regulating door allows for precise adjustment of airflow. Lubrication is provided by high-temperature grease to ensure smooth operation under high heat conditions.

 

Performance and Selection

According to the GB/T1236-2000 standard, the fan's performance is tested under conditions where the air intake is at 200℃, and the air density is ρ =0.745kg/m³. If there is a deviation in operating conditions, the performance should be recalculated using the following formula:

In this formula, p₁, q₁, P₁ refer to the total pressure, flow rate, and shaft power in the performance table, while p₂, q₂, P₂ are under actual usage conditions. Atmospheric pressure pa and the temperature of the conveying gas (t₂) are critical for calculation. If the motor capacity is not changed, it is important to avoid running the fan at full speed in cold conditions, as it may lead to motor overload and potential damage.
