Application


This type of fan can not only be used with industrial and water heating boilers that burn various types of coal and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices, but is also suitable for extracting waste heat from porcelain kilns, renovating old boilers, and other situations where the air intake conditions are equivalent, the performance is appropriate, and the air intake temperature does not exceed 250°C.
 

Form


This series of Centrifugal Blowers are made of single suction, with seven models, No.4, No.4.5, No.5, No.5.6, No.6.3, No.8, and No.10. According to the rotation direction of the impeller, it can be made into two types: left-handed and right-handed. Looking at the fan from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is right-handed, represented by "right"; otherwise, it is left-handed, represented by "left". The outlet position of the Centrifugal Fan is represented by the outlet angle of the fan. Both "left" and "right" fans can be made into three angles of 0°, 90°, and 180°.

Structural Characteristics

This series of Industrial Centrifugal Fans consists of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, transmission group and other parts.

  1. 1. The impeller is a backward-inclined forward blade, divided into 9 groups, each group consists of two blades, one long and one short. The blade material is Q345 (16Mn), the shape is a twisted curved surface, welded between the arc wheel cover and the flat wheel disc, and static and dynamic balance correction, so this series of Centrifugal Fans runs smoothly, has high strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
  2. 2. The casing is a volute-shaped unit made of welded steel plates. Its volute-shaped line has good aerodynamic performance. In this series of Centrifugal Fans, No.8 and No.10 have large holes on the rear side of the casing for easy installation and maintenance.
  3. 3. The air inlet of the Centrifugal Blower is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the casing with bolts.
  4. 4. The regulating door is installed axially in front of the air inlet to adjust the Centrifugal Fan flow. The adjustable range is from fully open to fully closed. The lever of the regulating door is on the right side when viewed from the air inlet. In order to ensure the normal operation of all parts of the regulating door, molybdenum disulfide high-temperature grease is used for lubrication.
  5. 5. The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing seat, etc. This series of Industrial Centrifugal Fans all use rolling bearings. In terms of cooling method, No.4~No.6.3 use air cooling; No.8 and No.10 use water cooling (air cooling is sufficient when the unit is below 0℃). In terms of transmission method, No.5, No.5.6 and No.6.3 fans use integral transmission. The bearing box is equipped with an oil level indicator, and the lubricating oil is the total loss system oil L-AN46, and the rest are lubricated with grease.


Performance and Selection


The performance of this series of Centrifugal Fans is selected according to the fan characteristic curve and dimensionless performance table. The graph and table are only applicable when Re>5×10⁶. When Re<5×10⁶, the machine numbers are corrected accordingly based on experimental results.

  2. 1. The user shall determine the selected induced draft fan model in the performance table according to the selected flow rate and total pressure. The specific performance and matching motor must be selected from the performance and optional parts table. Other types of motors may also be selected, but the power and speed must be appropriate and should be indicated when ordering.
  3. 2. The performance of each speed in the performance and options table is the performance within the range of 82% of the maximum efficiency divided into 8 performance points according to the flow rate. The performance table shall prevail when ordering.
  4. 3. The qualified performance of the Centrifugal Fan when leaving the factory is that the total pressure value does not exceed ±5% at the rated flow rate.
  5. 4. In the performance and optional parts table, No.4No.5 are calculated based on the flue gas medium when the gas temperature is 1=250℃, the atmospheric pressure is Pa=101325Pa, and the gas density is ρ=0.745kg/m³; No.5.6No.10 are calculated based on the flue gas medium when the gas temperature is 1=200℃, the atmospheric pressure is Pa=101325Pa, and the gas density is ρ=0.85kg/m³. If the Centrifugal Blower operating conditions do not meet the given conditions, the performance should be converted according to the relevant formula.
