Application

Y6-25 centrifugal induced draft fan is a new type of low noise boiler induced draft fan, suitable for 1t/h, 2t/h, and 4t/h industrial boilers burning various coal qualities and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices; it can be used under the conditions of equivalent air intake conditions, suitable performance, and medium temperature generally not exceeding 200℃.

Form

  • 1. The induced draft fan is single suction, and the machine numbers No.6, No.7.7, and No.9.8 are equipped with 1t/h, 2t/h, and 4t/h quick-install boilers.
  • 2. Induced draft fans can be made into right-hand or left-hand types. Looking at the fan from the transmission part, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand fan, represented by "right"; otherwise, it is a left-hand fan, represented by "left".
  • 3. The air outlet position of the fan is indicated by the air outlet angle of the casing. Both right-hand and left-hand fans can be made into three angles of 0°, 90°, and 180° according to user requirements.

Structural characteristics

In order to ensure low noise, high efficiency, and reasonable matching of air volume and air pressure during operation, the Y6-25 boiler induced draft fan has been considered in terms of structure and has achieved a simple manufacturing process, sufficient rigidity and strength, and convenient use and maintenance. The fan impeller adopts 12 blades, and the rear is straight. The blades are welded between the front and rear discs and are calibrated by static and dynamic balance tests, running smoothly and working reliably. The joint between the impeller and the air inlet is streamlined, with reasonable clearance and easy installation. The main shaft is made of 45 high-quality carbon steel, and the bearings are ball bearings. The bearing box is reasonably designed, equipped with an oil level indicator, and uses full-loss system oil L-AN32 for cooling and lubrication to ensure normal operation. The transmission method adopts V-belt drive to obtain the required speed.

 

Performance and selection

The performance of this fan is converted according to the dimensionless performance curve of the No.7.7 prototype given.
  • 1. The design and use units shall determine the selected induced draft fan model from the performance curve according to the selected flow rate and total pressure. The specific performance and matching motor shall be selected from the performance table.
  • 2. The performance in the performance table is the performance within the range of 90% of the maximum efficiency, which is divided into 8 performance points according to the flow rate. The performance table shall prevail when ordering.
  • 3. The factory inspection performance of the fan is that the deviation of the total pressure value at the required flow rate does not exceed ±8% of the designed total pressure value.
  • 4. The performance table is calculated based on the flue gas medium when the gas temperature is t=200℃, the atmospheric pressure is Pa=101325Pa, and the gas density is p=0.742kg/m³. If the fan operating conditions do not meet the above, the performance should be converted according to the relevant formula.
