Application

Y6-11 and Y10-11 centrifugal fans are a new type of low-noise boiler induced draft fan, suitable for 6t/h and 10t/h industrial boilers with medium temperature not exceeding 250℃, burning various coal qualities and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. They are ideal new fans; they can also be used in other similar occasions.

Form

1. This fan is a single suction type. Looking at the impeller from one end of the motor, if it rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand fan, indicated by "right"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-hand fan, indicated by "left".
2. The air outlet position of the fan is expressed by the air outlet angle of the casing, which can be made into 7 forms: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, and 270°.
3. The transmission mode of this fan is D-type transmission, using elastic sleeve pin coupling.

 

Structural characteristics

The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, an adjusting door, and a transmission part.

  1. 1. The impeller is welded with 12 backward blades, a curved front disc, and a flat rear disc. The impeller is calibrated for static and dynamic balance.
  2. 2. The casing is a volute-shaped structure welded from ordinary steel plates.
  3. 3. The air inlet adopts a convergent-divergent type air inlet and is fixed on the inlet side of the fan by bolts.
  4. 4. The regulating door is a device used to adjust the fan flow. It is installed in front of the air inlet and has an adjustment range from 0° (fully open) to 90° (fully closed). The lever of the regulating door is on the right side when viewed from the inlet. For a right-handed fan, pushing the lever from bottom to top will change it from fully closed to fully open; for a left-handed fan, pulling the lever from top to bottom will change it from fully closed to fully open.
  5. 5. This fan uses rolling bearings and integral bearing boxes. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. The lubricating oil is L-AN46, a full-loss system oil, and the amount of oil added is in accordance with the requirements of the oil level mark. If grease is used, an oil baffle should be added on the side of the ball in the bearing box, and its fixing groove has been prefabricated. This fan is equipped with a water cooling device, so a water pipe must be installed. The water consumption depends on the temperature and is generally considered to be 0.5 ~ 1m³/h.

 

Performance and selection

The dimensionless performance table is provided for the Y6-11 and Y10-11 fans. The dimensionless performance table is used to calculate the dimensional performance of other models. When the actual use status does not match the standard status, the performance of the actual use status must be converted to the performance of the standard status, and then the fan is selected based on the converted performance.
