Application

The Y4-73 No.28.5 37F centrifugal induced draft fan is specifically designed for the induced draft systems of steam boilers in 300MW generator sets at thermal power plants. It is also suitable for exhausting gases with temperatures up to 200°C, making it versatile for high-pressure centrifugal fan applications in industrial settings.

 

Structural characteristics

This industrial centrifugal fan features a double-sided air intake and double-support structure, ensuring robust performance and stability. The entire fan assembly includes a rotor assembly, casing, air inlet, air inlet box, adjustment door, linkage assembly, sliding bearing, turning device, and a forced lubrication oil system. The impeller blades are crafted from wear-resistant materials, extending the service life of the fan even under harsh conditions. The main shaft, made from alloy steel, integrates an oblique cone air inlet design, enhancing airflow stability and fan adjustment efficiency. The rotor group undergoes dynamic balancing, and critical components are precision-machined using CNC tools, significantly improving part accuracy. The forced oil supply lubrication system allows the fan to operate reliably for extended periods, ideal for high-pressure centrifugal blower applications in thermal power plants.
 

Performance and selection

The performance of the fan is closely linked to changes in gas density, which varies with inlet temperature and atmospheric pressure.
