The Y4-72-11 boiler induced draft fan is used in small and medium-sized quick-install boilers and porcelain kilns to extract waste heat from furnace flue gas. Application

① Small and medium-sized quick-install boilers extract waste heat from furnace flue gas.
② The porcelain kiln draws out the waste heat.
③ The boiler is modified to extract the waste heat from the flue gas.


Type

  • 1. The fan can be made into two types: left-hand rotation and right-hand rotation. Looking at the fan from the transmission part, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right-hand rotation, represented by "right"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called left-hand rotation, represented by "left".
  • 2. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both left-hand and right-hand fans can be made into three angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.

Structural characteristics

  • 1. High efficiency, saving electricity. The highest efficiency can reach 91%.
  • 2. Smooth operation, low noise, and light weight; the induced draft fan adopts "hollow wing-shaped" blades to improve aerodynamic performance; the impeller is dynamically balanced and runs smoothly, safely, and reliably.
  • 3. The induced draft fan is used to transport the waste heat of flue gas below 250°C. The induced draft fan bearing cooling adopts air-cooled and water-cooled bearing boxes.
  • 4. The induced draft fan uses high-temperature-resistant molybdenum disulfide lubricated bearings to facilitate normal use of the bearings.

 

Performance and selection

Performance refers to the performance within the range of 90% of the highest efficiency. The difference between the flow rate and total pressure of the fan in the factory inspection shall not exceed ±8% of the design value. The performance of the induced draft fan refers to the value under standard conditions. Atmospheric pressure P₀=101325Pa, atmospheric temperature t=20°C, relative humidity air state when the air temperature is φ=50%. Air density ρ=1.2kg/m³. When the use conditions of the induced draft fan change, the performance should be converted according to the relevant formula.
