The XY9-35-12 Series Industrial Boiler Induced Draft Fan is designed to overcome the challenges of insufficient suction caused by varying coal quality and the addition of dust removal and waste heat recovery equipment in modern boilers. This Centrifugal Fan provides high-efficiency airflow and pressure management, ensuring stable combustion and smooth boiler operation. The fan can be configured as either a right-handed or left-handed unit. Viewed from the motor end, a clockwise impeller rotation denotes a right-handed fan ("right"), while a counterclockwise rotation indicates a left-handed fan ("left"). The fan's outlet angle can be configured to 0°, 90°, 180°, or 45°, 135°, 225°, and 270° for specific installation needs. When placing an order, customers must specify both the rotation direction and the desired outlet angle. The fan uses a C-type transmission mode, which allows for easy adjustment of the main shaft speed and performance.

These parameters are calculated based on standard flue gas conditions at t=200°C, atmospheric pressure of p a =101325Pa, and a gas density of ρ =0.74kg/m³. If the operating conditions differ from these parameters, the performance should be adjusted accordingly using the appropriate formulas. When selecting a motor, ensure the power rating meets or exceeds the required values.
  • 2. Fan Selection: The XY9-35-12 Series Fan is designed to seamlessly integrate with industrial boiler systems. Refer to the performance table when selecting a fan for specific boiler applications. For boilers with modified pressure requirements, select the fan model based on the updated flue gas volume and resistance values. For other uses, recalculate the performance according to relevant formulas.
