The WF-11 series high-efficiency centrifugal induced draft fan is crafted to enhance the performance of power station boilers, particularly those of small to medium size and equipped with dust and smoke filtration systems. Engineered with a three-element impeller design, this fan delivers high efficiency, superior wear resistance, and low operational noise, meeting industrial demands for reliability and durability.

  2. 2. Industries: Ideal across industries requiring dust management, including metallurgy, chemical processing, and other industrial applications.

  1. 1. Single and Double-Suction Models: Available in single or double suction formats, with or without intake boxes, to meet various air movement needs.
  2. 2. Machine Numbers: Covering 10 distinct sizes—No. 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16, 18, and 20—the WF-11 series offers a range of capacity options.
  3. 3. Rotation and Angle Options: Non-boxed models are available in right- or left-hand configurations with six outlet angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. For intake box models, the standard configuration is a 135° inlet with a 45° outlet, adjustable upon request.

Structural Characteristics


  1. 1. Impeller: Featuring high-strength, wear-resistant blades combined with a cone-shaped front cover and flat rear disc, each impeller undergoes precision balancing for smooth, reliable operation.
  2. 2. Casing: Choose from an integrated or separable casing design, allowing for easy disassembly and maintenance, with an inspection door to monitor internal conditions.
  3. 3. Air Inlet: Offered in both symmetrical and asymmetrical convergent designs, attached to the casing with bolts for secure placement.
  4. 4. Adjustable Door: Petal or louver-style options provide flexible airflow control for optimized fan performance.
  5. 5. Transmission System: The main shaft and bearing components are constructed from high-quality materials, incorporating water-cooled bearings to manage high operational temperatures. Thermometers and oil level markers ensure precise lubrication and temperature control.
  6. 6. Air Intake Box: Streamlined for even airflow distribution, enhancing the overall fan efficiency.

Performance and Selection


Designed to deliver maximum performance at standard conditions (atmospheric pressure at 101300 Pa, temperature at 140°C, and gas density at 0.85 kg/m³), WF-11 fans provide reliable air movement for industrial use. When application conditions differ, performance recalculations ensure optimal model selection to match specific operational needs, based on standard performance values.
