Oil fume gas carrying harmful pollutants enters the fume filter tangentially through the Venturi spraying section. After the airflow accelerates in the front-stage Venturi spraying zone, the washing water is atomized into fine water curtains. The high-speed relative rotation between airflow and washing water enables the pollutant-laden medium to fully mix with the water curtain, followed by oil-water separation from the airflow inside the fume filter. Separated oily wastewater flows back through the drain pipe into a circulating water tank equipped with an automatic oil skimmer at the bottom. Clean air is exhausted to the atmosphere via an induced draft fan. Floating oil on the surface of the circulating water tank is skimmed by the automatic oil skimmer, scraped into an oil drum for regular centralized disposal.
