TS4-79 Centrifugal Fan for Industrial and Commercial Ventilation Systems

Overview

TS4-79 speed-regulating energy-saving centrifugal fan is a new series of fans with adjustable speed, variable air volume and air pressure. This series of fans is composed of 4-79 centrifugal fans and YDT variable-pole multi-speed three-phase asynchronous motors. It not only retains the excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency and low noise of the original fans, but also has the advantages of adjustable speed, variable air volume and air pressure in a wide range, simple structure and reasonable price. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for industrial and civil buildings, high-rise and underground buildings, where ventilation volume is required to be more adjustable due to changes in production rhythm and living conditions, temperature differences between day and night, different seasons, normal times and disasters, etc. One machine can be used for two purposes, greatly reducing the area of the machine room and saving investment and operating costs.

Application

This series of fans can be used as general ventilation and smoke exhaust fans in case of fire. The types of gas transported are air and other gases that are not self-igniting, non-corrosive to steel, and harmless to the human body. The transported gas does not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150 mg /m³. Transported gas temperature: no more than 80℃ for long-term operation, and 280℃ is allowed for a short time (usually about half an hour) during fire smoke exhaust.

Type

This series of fans are designed with three speed ratios (ratio of low speed to high speed): 750:1000 or 1:1.33; 1000:1500 or 1:1.5; 500:1000 or 1:2. This series of fans has six machine numbers: 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, and 14, with a total of 65 models. Each model is made into two forms: right-hand rotation and left-hand rotation. When viewed from the motor or the main shaft drive pulley, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a right-hand fan, represented by "right"; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-hand fan, represented by "left". The air outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The air outlet position of No.6 fans is 90° when leaving the factory, but the user can freely adjust it in intervals of 45° within the range of 0°225°; the air outlets of No.7No.14 fans are made into three fixed positions of 0°, 90° and 180°, which cannot be adjusted after leaving the factory, so it needs to be noted when ordering. The fan's transmission mode: No.6 is A-type direct transmission, and the motor is B35 type with flanged end cover and base with feet; No.7 and No.8 are C-type belt transmission, No.10, No.12, and No.14 are E-type transmission, and the motors are all B3 type with no flanged end cover and base with feet.

Overall Structure

The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet and outlet, a motor and a transmission part. The impeller is made of 6 backward-inclined arc thin blades, refined with high-quality steel plates, and has undergone strict dynamic and static balance corrections. It has good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise and stable operation. The casing is made into two types according to the machine number: No. 6~No. 12 casings are integral and cannot be disassembled; No. 14 casing is made into a two-part type divided into two halves along the center horizontal plane and connected by bolts. The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which can allow the gas to enter the impeller smoothly, with good airflow linearity and small power loss. The transmission part consists of a main shaft, a bearing box, a rolling bearing, a belt and a pulley. YDT series motors that comply with international standards and whose technical performance indicators reach the advanced level of similar foreign products. This series of motors adopts the latest adjustment scheme and is reasonably matched according to the load characteristics of the variable-speed fan. It has significant energy-saving effects and has the characteristics of low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, good moisture-proof performance, and easy maintenance. The rated voltage of YDT series motor is 380V and the frequency is 50 Hz.
