Application
This series of sealed fans are suitable for MPS, MPF, MPFDH-II, HP series medium-speed coal mills, MGS double-inlet and double-outlet series steel ball mills, and MLK series vertical roller mills, which require clean, high-pressure sealed air; they can also be used as wind systems that require clean gas.
Classification of Sealed Fans
1. On-site centralized air supply sealing fan: A sealing fan that takes air from the atmosphere can provide sealing air for several coal mills.
2. On-site sealing fan: One sealing fan provides sealing air for one coal mill.
3. Pressurized sealed fan: Takes air from the cold air duct of the blower and provides sealing air to multiple coal mills after pressurization. It can also take air from the cold air duct of the primary fan and provide sealed air after pressurization.
4. Negative pressure system sealed fan: Mainly used to provide clean sealed air for coal mills in steel mills, mines, and cement mills.
Features of Sealed Fans
1. Aerodynamic performance: The aerodynamic performance curve is flat. The change range of the fan flow from the initial to the maximum, and the fan total pressure change does not exceed 15%, fully meeting the sealing air required for the operation of all or part of the medium-speed mills in the design.
2. Wide high-efficiency zone: The sealed fan design adopts contemporary advanced models, with some fans using "three-dimensional flow" impeller technology. The fan design operating point efficiency exceeds 80%, and the impeller utilizes broken volute technology, preventing surge phenomena in small flow areas.
3. Low resistance loss inlet filter: The filter's flow area is large, utilizing advanced polyester fiber material capable of holding up to 1.5kg of dust per square meter, with filtration accuracy reaching 0.003mm and efficiency exceeding 95%. The filter material has a long replacement cycle.
4. Reasonable structure: Both the fan inlet and outlet are softly connected to isolate vibration between the fan and the pipeline. The fan support, transmission part, and casing are placed on an integral support for convenient installation and adjustment. The casing uses a one-third split structure, and the transmission part employs a half-cut structure, allowing easy removal of the entire rotor group for routine inspection and maintenance.
5. Low noise: Mufflers are installed at the fan's inlet and outlet. The outlet flow rate is relatively high, so a duct-type low-resistance microporous plate muffler is designed at the outlet according to the fan's frequency spectrum characteristics. The fan casing also adopts a double-layer volute form with built-in muffler materials to reduce noise fully.
6. Complete supporting facilities: It can be equipped with sealing systems of various layouts and resistance filters according to practical requirements and user needs. These features are easy to operate and have low investment costs. Power-type automatic cleaning filters can be equipped, enabling automatic cleaning and control during operation.
Layout
The layout of the sealed fan is determined according to user requirements and system design needs.
There are two forms to use: "V" shape layout and "I" shape layout.
"V" Shape Layout:
The main components include an inlet filter, muffler, air collecting box, inlet flow regulator, electric actuator, inlet flexible connection group, sealed fan body, diaphragm coupling, motor, outlet flexible connection group, outlet muffler, reversing valve (one piece), lubricating oil station, high-level oil tank, differential pressure switch, outlet air pressure gauge, high-level oil tank, flow equalizing valve, etc.
"I" Shape Layout:
The main components include an inlet filter, silencer, air collecting box, inlet flow regulator, electric actuator, inlet flexible connection group, sealed fan body, diaphragm coupling, motor, outlet flexible connection group, outlet muffler, check valve (two pieces), lubricating oil station, high-level oil tank, differential pressure switch, outlet air pressure gauge, high-level oil tank, flow equalizing valve, etc.
Pressurized Centralized Air Supply Sealed Fan:
The main components include an inlet filter, air collecting box, inlet shut-off door, inlet flow regulator, electric actuator, inlet soft connection group, sealed fan body, motor, outlet soft connection group, outlet muffler, check valve (or outlet reversing valve, differential pressure switch, outlet stop valve, etc.).
