Application

The MFSTG-J02 coal mill sealed fan is a high-medium pressure and low-flow centrifugal fan, suitable for conveying clean, normal-temperature air with a dust content not exceeding 100 mg/m³. It can also be used for conveying other non-flammable, explosive, and non-corrosive gases. When the density of the conveying medium is not equal to 1.23 kg/m³, the performance of the centrifugal fan must be converted.

Structural Characteristics

1. Impeller: The blade shape is designed according to high-strength centrifugal fan theory, with backward curved blades. After the impeller is formed, it is calibrated for static and dynamic balance, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
2. Casing: The volute-shaped casing is welded with high-quality steel plates. The rear side panels are double-layered and equipped with sound-absorbing cotton to reduce noise. For easy disassembly and assembly, the casing adopts a horizontal split structure.
3. Air Inlet: The air inlet is designed as a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover with bolts.
4. Base: Constructed from Q235A steel plates, the base provides sufficient rigidity. The motor and centrifugal fan are installed on the base to form an integral structure.
5. Transmission Group: The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box is split up and down, using rolling bearings. The bearing box has holes for a temperature measuring instrument. Temperature is measured by a bimetallic thermometer, and remote transmission uses a three-outlet PT100 double-branch platinum thermal resistor. The full-loss system oil L-AN46 thin oil is used for lubrication, with an oil level indicator on the bearing box to monitor the oil level.
6. Coupling: The TL type elastic coupling compensates for relative displacement of the two shafts and provides vibration reduction, buffering, and electrical insulation. It is compact, lightweight, and has a large load capacity, requiring high installation precision.
7. Air Filter: The centrifugal blower’s air inlet is equipped with a filter with a filtration efficiency of ≥80% and a filtration accuracy of ≤0.02mm. The filter material is loose filter floss, which requires regular cleaning or replacement as it becomes clogged.
8. Air Collecting Box Silencer: The air collecting box silencer at the fan inlet converts radial air intake into axial air intake. The box includes silencers and flow guide devices to ensure quiet, stable air intake.
9. Flexible Connection: Flexible connections are installed at the fan inlet and outlet pipes to prevent the spread of vibrations and protect the foundation.
10. Outlet Reversing Valve: The system uses two fans in operation with three reserved, with outlet pipes connected in parallel. An electric reversing three-way valve at the parallel junction manages the flow between the fans.
11. Electric Butterfly Valve: When the primary air at the fan inlet has positive pressure, the butterfly valve opens for the operating fan and closes for the spare fan. Adjusting the butterfly valve's opening regulates the pneumatic performance of the system.
