Application


The L9-10 Series Centrifugal Fans are designed to deliver high-pressure cooling air for fire detection systems in power plants. These fans are suitable for non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, and non-sticky gases with a maximum medium temperature of 80℃ and a dust concentration below 150 mg/m³. They provide reliable cooling performance for industrial applications, ensuring safety and stability under high-temperature conditions.
 

Structural Characteristics


The L9-10 Centrifugal Fan is constructed with a uniquely designed impeller that features long and short blades, welded between a specially shaped front and rear cover. The housing and transmission part are integrated into a single welded frame, providing a compact structure, reduced weight, and easy maintenance. The inlet is equipped with a filter to prevent dust ingress, while the outlet has a soft connection to minimize vibration. An optional vibration absorber can be configured to isolate the vibration source according to user requirements. The L9-10 Centrifugal Fan can replace Roots blowers in certain scenarios, offering enhanced performance and reliability.

Performance and Selection


  1. 1. Before starting, manually rotate the coupling to ensure that there is no friction between the moving parts and fixed components.
  2. 2. Close the regulating device before startup. Once the fan reaches normal operation, gradually open the regulating device to reach the desired pressure. Starting with the regulating device fully open may cause motor damage.
  3. 3. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, connect a water cooling pipe to avoid overheating during operation.
  4. 4. For regular maintenance, replace the bearing lubrication with MoO₂ grease every three months to ensure the fan operates smoothly and extends its service life.
