Application

 

The NTGY-11 Series Boiler Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan is engineered specifically for use in 10-220t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers and conventional boilers (10-120t/h) in regions with low atmospheric pressure, including western China. This industrial centrifugal fan series is optimized for high performance, supporting air intake conditions up to 250°C and minimizing dust content through compatible dust collectors, achieving over 85% efficiency in flue gas treatment.


Main Structural Components


  1. 1. Impeller: Made from Q345 (16Mn) material, the impeller features slightly curved, backward-inclined blades welded between a three-arc front disc and a flat rear disc. Each impeller is balanced for smooth operation, reducing vibration and ensuring reliability over extended use.
  2. 2. Casing: Constructed in a volute shape with robust steel plates, the casing includes a dust removal door that reduces wear from soot, extending its durability and making it suitable for intensive use in industrial settings.
  3. 3. Air Inlet: Designed with a conical arc shape, the air inlet allows for even and efficient airflow into the fan. It is fixed securely to the casing with bolts, providing stable performance for demanding airflow requirements.
  4. 4. Regulating Door: The adjustable door regulates air volume and pressure, with the recommendation to keep it closed before fan startup for safe operation.
  5. 5. Transmission System: The transmission system comprises a high-quality steel main shaft, rolling bearings, and a water-cooled bearing box. Equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator, the system is lubricated with L-AN46 full-loss system oil, ensuring reliable function across various operational conditions.
