The GG and GY series of boiler centrifugal fans are specifically designed for industrial boilers with a capacity ranging from 1 to 75t/h. These centrifugal blowers ensure optimal airflow, adhere to national standards for environmental protection, and support pollution reduction. The series offers different drive modes and customizable outlet angles to suit a variety of industrial boiler requirements.

The GG and GY series centrifugal induced draft fans are purpose-built for industrial boilers with capacities from 1 to 75t/h. These centrifugal fans are specifically designed to fulfill the requirements of different boiler specifications, meeting national standards for environmental protection and minimizing pollution. Models in the GY series include GY2-13No.8.8D, GY4-13No.9D, GY6-13No.9.8D, GY8-13No.10D, GY10-13No.10D, GY15-13No.12D, GY20-13No.12.4D, GY20-13No.12.5D, GY40-13No.14D, and GY75-13No.20D. The GG series includes GG2-13No.4A, GG4-13No.4.5A, GG6-13No.5A, GG8-13No.8D, GG10-13No.8D, GG15-13No.9D, GG20-13No.10D, GG20-14No.10D, GG40-13No.11D, and GG75-13No.16D. These centrifugal fans offer efficient control of airflow and ensure consistent performance for industrial boiler applications.
These centrifugal blowers feature high operational efficiency, minimal noise, a flat performance curve, and a broad high-efficiency working range. Each centrifugal fan in this series is designed as a single-suction structure and uses either D-type or A-type transmissions, providing a compact design for easy transportation, installation, and operation. The fans are available in left-hand and right-hand rotations, with outlet directions that can be customized to 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, or 270°, depending on user requirements. The structure of the fan consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet, adjustment door, and transmission part.
The performance of the centrifugal blower is determined by parameters such as airflow, total pressure, shaft speed, power, and efficiency. The GY series induced draft fans are designed to operate at a flue gas temperature of 180℃, with an atmospheric pressure of 101325 Pa and flue gas density of 0.78 kg/m³. The GG series centrifugal fans are designed based on gas temperature at 20℃, atmospheric pressure of 101325 Pa, and flue gas density of 1.2 kg/m³. The performance values in the table correspond to design conditions, and these should be used as the basis for selecting the appropriate fan. If operating conditions differ from these design values, performance adjustments should be made using the appropriate formulas.
During operation, the flow rate of the centrifugal fan may be either too large or insufficient. Such issues are often caused by resistance variations in the pipe network. Gradual decreases in flow rate over time are often due to blockages in the fan or pipe network, while inconsistencies in flow rates are often linked to pipe resistance changes. These issues can often be addressed by adjusting the regulating door, increasing the fan speed (checking motor overload and impeller strength), or modifying the pipe network configuration.
