GDG Series Centrifugal Fans are specifically designed to support circulating fluidized bed boilers, boiling boilers, and high-performance boiler systems. They also serve as reliable ventilation solutions for industries such as chemical processing, petroleum refining, and metallurgy. Main advantages include:

Its performance curve is broad and consistent, ensuring stable operation across diverse flow rates.

Flexible Design for Comprehensive Performance: Each model in the GDG series offers multiple impeller configurations within one fan size, allowing a continuous performance spectrum across the entire series. This unique design reduces gaps in ventilation and boiler fan selection, ensuring optimized airflow at various speeds and pressures. With over 75% efficiency across the operating range, GDG fans support sustained energy savings.

  1. 1. Rotational Configuration: Available in left-hand and right-hand rotations: clockwise impeller rotation is designated as "right," while counterclockwise is marked as "left."
  2. 2.Model Availability: Spanning 13 models, from No.4 to No.16, GDG fans can accommodate boiler capacities from 4t/h to 220t/h. Each model is configured with a single-suction design, optimizing airflow.
  3. 3.Outlet Positions: Both left-hand and right-hand models are available with 6 different outlet angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.
  4. 4.Transmission Modes: Models from No.4 to No.6.3 use Type A transmission, while Type D is used for No.7.1 through No.16.

 

Structural Characteristics


  1. 1. Impeller: The impeller uses forward-curved, alternating long and short blades, with a total of 24 blades. Balanced both dynamically and statically, the impeller supports smooth and reliable operation.

  3. 3. Air Inlet: The air inlet features a convergent, streamlined structure, bolted securely to enhance airflow with minimal resistance.

The GDG Series Centrifugal Fans deliver continuous and adaptable airflow, with a range of performance curves that overlap across models. Performance is specified under standard conditions (atmospheric pressure Pa = 10130 Pa, temperature t = 20°C, relative humidity 50%, and gas density ρ = 1.2kg/m³).

  3. 2. Motor Power Requirements: Each curve includes recommended motor power and model options based on operating speeds. For operating points between motor power levels, the higher-power motor should be selected.
  4. 3. Efficiency and Power Usage: Internal efficiency and actual power usage are displayed along the curve, including a 1.15 power reserve factor and mechanical transmission loss, providing users with reliable performance data.
