Application
CPE centrifugal fans are equipped with radial narrow impellers, and the blades can be self-cleaning. In industry, they are mainly used for high-pressure and small-flow air transportation.
Type
CPE centrifugal fans are divided into 9 standard specifications. The impeller diameter ranges from 250 ~ 1000m, and the flow rate can reach 7.5m³/s (7000m²/h), the pressure can reach about 900Pa. Various specifications of fans can be customized according to the requirements of the loan, with different widths to meet specific requirements, the specific size and capacity are determined according to the needs, such as with sealed feed box, water cooling coil and other special structures can be custom made.
Main components

①The casing is composed of two side plates and a volute. The casing is a welded structure made of steel plate.

②The air inlet is installed on the air inlet side plate and connected to the interface supply pipe. Its shape is designed to allow air flow to enter the impeller without loss, and the material is cast iron.

③The impeller is equipped with long backward-exaggerated blades suitable for high pressure and small flow. The material is steel plate, brocade joint.

④The bearing seat and motor bracket are equipped with feet to support the bearing seat of the fan. The motor is installed on an adjustable plate to facilitate the tensioning of the transmission belt.

⑤Shaft and bearings. The impeller of a belt-driven fan is installed on a shaft supported by two bearings with a stop block.
