High Pressure Centrifugal Fans 9-19, 9-26 for Industrial Ventilation

Application

The 9-19 and 9-26 series high pressure centrifugal fans are generally used for forging furnaces and high pressure forced ventilation. These centrifugal blowers are also suitable for conveying materials and non-corrosive, non-combustible, non-sticky gases. The medium temperature is generally not more than 50°C, with a maximum of 80°C, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³. These industrial centrifugal fans are perfect for a wide range of applications, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.

Type

These centrifugal fans are single suction types, with machine numbers including 4.4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8.9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16. The fans can be made in both right-handed and left-handed configurations. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is a right-handed fan (indicated as "right"); if it rotates counterclockwise, it is a left-handed fan (indicated as "left"). The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing, with options of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. The fans have two transmission modes: Type A (No. 4 to No. 6.3) and Type D (No. 7.1 to No. 16).
 

Overall Structure

No. 4 to No. 6.3: Composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, and bracket. 
No. 7.1 to No. 16: Composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, and transmission parts.

  1. Impeller: The 9-19 series centrifugal fan has 12 blades, and the 9-26 series centrifugal fan has 16 forward-curved blades. The maximum circumferential speed of the impeller diffuser's outer edge does not exceed 140 m/s. After forming, the impeller is balanced both statically and dynamically for smooth operation.
  2. Casing: Constructed from welded ordinary steel plates forming a volute shape.
  3. Air Inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover assembly with bolts.
  4. Transmission Part: Includes the main shaft, bearing box, and coupling. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box has an integral structure using ball bearings lubricated with bearing grease.

Refer to the dimensionless performance table and curve for the No. 10 model of the 9-19 series centrifugal fans and 9-26 series centrifugal fans. These high-pressure centrifugal fans are engineered to provide reliable and efficient performance in various industrial applications.
