


Startup:
① Close the regulating door at the inlet end;
② Check the gland size of each part of the centrifugal blower, and whether there is any collision or friction between the rotating part and the fixed part;
③ No one is allowed to stand in the radial direction of the impeller or near the coupling;
④ Check whether the motor direction and instrument are correct. When the centrifugal fan starts and reaches the normal speed, gradually open the adjustment door until the specified load is reached. The motor bearing temperature must not exceed 85°C during operation.
Emergency stop of fan:
① When the centrifugal blower is found to have severe noise;
② When the bearing temperature rises sharply;
③ When the centrifugal fan vibrates violently or impacts.
