High-Pressure Centrifugal Fan 10-18 for Fertilizer Plants and Industrial Furnaces

Application

10-18, 9-18, 9-16 high pressure centrifugal fans are suitable for the forced ventilation of production process equipment of small and medium-sized fertilizer plants, cupola furnaces, burning furnaces, positive pressure oil boilers, and can be widely used for material and grain transportation. The conveying air is non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, and non-viscous gas. If there is no special requirement, the medium temperature generally does not exceed 80C, and the dust content of the medium is not more than 150mg/ m3 .

Type

①This centrifugal fan is single suction. There are four machine numbers: 6.8, 7.1, 7.4, 8.1.
② This centrifugal fan can be made into two types: right-hand or left-hand. When viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand centrifugal fan, represented by "right"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-hand centrifugal fan, represented by "left".
③The outlet position of the centrifugal fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "right" and "left" can be made into 0°, 90° and 180°, a total of three angles.
④The centrifugal fan adopts D-type transmission mode and is made into an integral structure for easy installation.
 

Structure

The fan has two types: single suction and double suction. Each series has 17 machine numbers. The fan can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. Looking from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, represented by "right", and if the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-handed fan, represented by "left". The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, There are 6 angles, 180° and 225°. There are 3 types of fan transmission modes: A, D and F. No.4No.6.3 (9-16No.4.6-No.7.2) are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, bracket, etc.; No.7.1 ~ No, 25 (9-16No.8.1No.28.4) is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and transmission part.

① Impeller. The 10-18 fan has 6 long blades and 6 short blades; the 9-18 fan has 8 short blades and 4 long blades, and the 9-16 fan has 12 blades.
② Casing: It is welded with ordinary steel plates into a volute-shaped whole (9-19 casing is commonly used in the three series).
③ Air inlet. It is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the front cover assembly with bolts (9-19 air inlets are commonly used in the three series).
④ Transmission part. It consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. Made of high-quality steel, the bearing box is an integral structure. Type F has two bearing boxes with double supports and uses rolling bearings. The bearings are lubricated with grease.

Performance and selection

The dimensionless performance tables of only the No.7.1 and No.8.1 models are given for the three series of fans. The dimensionless performance tables are used to calculate the dimensional performance of the other fans.
