Application

The CAS type high-pressure centrifugal fan is designed for high efficiency and medium pressure. This industrial centrifugal fan is known for its compact structure, durability, and wide range of applications, including commercial, industrial, and shipbuilding sectors. It offers excellent operating economy and low noise, making it a reliable choice for various uses.

Type

The CAS centrifugal blower comes in seven standard specifications, with impeller diameters ranging from 400 to 1000 mm. The standard impeller width is 70 mm (e.g., CA-71/70), but impellers with a width of 50 mm are available upon request. Flow rates will be adjusted according to user requirements.

Main components

  • Casing: Composed of two rectangular side plates and a volute plate, the casing is made from steel plate and features folded edges with screw holes for easy installation.
  • Air Inlet: The front side panel includes a cast aluminum air inlet with an interface for pipe connections, ensuring lossless airflow entry.
  • Impeller: Features backward blades and a solid welded structure, constructed from steel plate, suitable for high-speed operations.
  • Bearing Assembly: Includes a shaft and two wear-resistant bearings mounted in a bearing body on the rear side plate, offering protection against general atmospheric erosion.

Attachments

  • Motor Base: Should match the dimensions specified in the fan housing flange and includes an adjustable base plate for belt tension.
  • Base Frame: For mounting larger motors on one side of the fan, as specified in the drawings.
  • Belt Drive: Includes pulley, V-belt, and belt guard.
  • Flexible Connectors: Used for inlet joints and outlet flanges.
  • Butt Flange: For fan outlet connection.
  • Protective Cover: Covers the fan inlet for protection.
  • Guide Vane Adjustment Device: Imported device for adjusting fan output power, required for CAS-100 fans with an imported flange.
  • Inlet Flange: For installing the fan inlet joint.
  • Cleaning Door: Features a cleaning door and drain port on the volute. The position should be specified relative to the outlet direction when ordering.
  • Pipe Joint: Connects to the inlet guide vane adjustment device, supporting airflow rates up to 45,000 m³/h and total pressure up to 4000 Pa.
