High-Pressure 10-24 Centrifugal Fan for Industrial Use

Application

10-24 type high pressure centrifugal fan is specially used for bottom ventilation of 40,000t sulfuric acid furnace per year, as well as forging furnace and high pressure centrifugal fan. Pressure forced ventilation, and is widely used in material transportation. This type of fan is suitable for conveying air and non-corrosive, unnatural, and non-viscous gases. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 80C; the dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.

Type

① The fan is single suction. The machine number (No,) is 6.8, 7.1, 7.4, 8, 8.5, a total of five machine numbers.
② The fan is city There are two forms of right-hand rotation and left-hand rotation according to the speed. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand fan, represented by "right"; if it rotates clockwise, it is called a left-hand fan, represented by "left" .
③ The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing; "right" and "pressure are equal . It can be made into three angles of 0, 90°, and 180°.
④ The transmission method of the fan is D-type, and it is made into an integral structure for easy installation.

Structure

The fan consists of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission part, an integral bracket, etc.
① No. 6.8, No.7.1 , No.7.4 have 14 long and short blades ; No.8, No.8.5 have 12 long and short blades. These blades are all forward curved. After the impeller is formed, it is statically and dynamically balanced, so it runs smoothly and reliably.
② The casing is welded into a volute casing with ordinary steel plates.
③ The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined integral structure and fixed with the front cover plate assembly with bolts.
④ The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel . The bearing box is an integral structure and uses rolling bearings. The rolling bearings are lubricated with engine oil.
⑤ The integral bracket is welded with ordinary steel plates and steel sections. 

Performance and selection

The design and use units shall determine the machine number and required power from the performance table and select the motor according to the selected flow rate and total pressure. Other types of motors may also be selected, but the speed and power must be equivalent and shall be indicated when ordering.
The performance of each speed in the performance table is divided into 6 performance points according to the flow rate. Please refer to the performance table when ordering.
The performance of qualified fans leaving the factory complies with relevant national regulations.
The parameters provided in the performance table are calculated for air medium under standard conditions when the gas temperature is 1 = 20°C, the atmospheric pressure is p. = 101300Pa, and the gas density is ρ = 1.2kg/m3 . If the fan is not used under standard conditions, the performance should be converted according to the relevant formula.
