Overview

 

The Szcgx and Szcyx Series Fans deliver high-efficiency ventilation for industrial boiler systems. Designed for circulating fluidized bed boilers in power plant applications, they effectively manage primary and secondary airflows at temperatures up to 80°C, while the induced draft model handles flue gases up to 250°C. A dust collector must be installed to control the dust content in the flue gas, ensuring a minimum 85% dust removal efficiency.


Configuration and Design


  1. 1. Drive Mode: Available in D-type and F-type drives, these fans use elastic coupling for consistent performance.
  2. 2. Air Inlet and Outlet Positioning: The position of each inlet and outlet is specified by the angles on the fan’s casing and air inlet box. For instance, an outlet angle of 45° and inlet angle of 135° is recorded as 45°/135°—specific to F-type configurations with air inlet boxes. For D-type fans, only the outlet angle is indicated.
  3. 3. Rotation Direction: Viewed from the motor end, clockwise rotation indicates a right-hand fan, denoted by "right," while counterclockwise rotation indicates a left-hand fan, denoted by "left."

Structural Features

 

  1. 1. Impeller: Constructed with backward-curved, single-plate blades, the impeller is balanced both statically and dynamically. This design includes wear-resistant components to enhance durability and lifespan, reducing operational disruptions.
  2. 2. Casing: The fan casing is crafted from durable steel plates with options for a fully enclosed or split-type casing, which separates along the centerline. Induced draft models have additional reinforcements to withstand wear.
  3. 3. Air Inlet: The air inlet is designed for efficient flow, featuring a convergent shape that attaches to the casing with secure bolts.
  4. 4. Adjustment Door: Located at the inlet, the adjustment door controls airflow within a range of 0° (fully open) to 90° (fully closed). For right-hand fans, lifting the handle adjusts it from closed to open, while left-hand fans use a downward motion.
  5. 5. Transmission System: Made with high-grade steel, the main shaft operates on rolling bearings within an integrated or pillow-type bearing box, depending on fan size. The bearing boxes are equipped with a thermometer and oil level gauge. Cooling systems include water cooling for D-type fans and circulating oil cooling for F-type fans, utilizing L-AN46 lubrication.
