Application

CF51, CF72, CF73 high-efficiency medium-pressure centrifugal fans are single-suction, high-efficiency, medium-pressure centrifugal fans developed by digesting and absorbing advanced fan design and manufacturing technologies at home and abroad. CF51, CF72, CF73 fans have three transmission modes: A, C, and D. CF51 has a total of 17 machine numbers from No.315 to No.2000. The air outlet of the casing can be made into five types: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, and 180°. This fan is suitable for conveying gas in industrial and mining enterprises and industrial process systems, and is also suitable for general ventilation. CF51, CF72, CF73 high-efficiency medium-pressure centrifugal fans are based on the GB19761--2009 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Fans" standard, with the highest efficiency in the use area as the assessment value of the energy efficiency grade, and each machine number meets the requirements of the 3-level energy efficiency limit value. Among them, No. 500~ No.630 reach the level 2 energy-saving index, and No. 710~ No. 2000 reach the level 1 energy-saving index, and are energy-saving products.

2. Conditions of use:
① The conveying medium is air or other non-spontaneous combustion, non-corrosive gas mixture.
② No sticky substances are allowed in the conveying medium, and the dust content and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m³.
③The medium inlet temperature is -20 ~ 80℃.


Structure

CF51, CF72, CF73 high-efficiency medium-pressure centrifugal fans are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air collector, transmission part (integral bearing box, main shaft, bearing), pedestal, etc.

  1. The impeller adopts strong backward multi-arc plate blades, which are welded from steel plates and have the advantages of high efficiency, high pressure and low noise. The impellers are dynamically balanced and the balance accuracy is ≤5.6.

  3. The casing adopts steel plate welding structure, and the product surface is treated with baking varnish or spraying. The motor or bearing seat bracket of each transmission part of the fan is optimized and designed, with beautiful appearance, convenient disassembly, light weight and solid structure. For No. 1400~No. 2000 special fans, the upper and lower half-type structures can be made along the center dividing surface to facilitate disassembly and assembly when the height is limited.

  5. The air collector has a nozzle-shaped curve, is integrally spun, and is made into one piece with the inlet ring, making it convenient for users to connect their pipelines.

The transmission part adopts high-quality cast iron and precision CNC machined integral bearing box; the main shaft is made of 45# high-quality carbon steel and precision machined, which has sufficient safety and fatigue resistance in design; the bearings are equipped with ball bearings, angular contact bearings and spherical roller bearings according to the speed and load requirements of each machine number, and are all lubricated with lubricating oil.

  9. The series pedestals are all welded with steel sections and equipped with springs or rubber shock absorbers for vibration isolation, with a compact appearance.
