High-Efficiency Centrifugal Blower and Induced Draft Fan for Fluidized Bed Boilers

Overview

This centrifugal blower and induced draft fan system is designed to meet the demanding needs of circulating fluidized bed boilers. Its high-efficiency design, flat performance curve, low noise output, and enhanced wear resistance make it ideal for industrial applications. The blower supports air temperatures up to 80°C, while the induced draft fan can handle flue gas temperatures reaching 250°C, enabling efficient and reliable performance in diverse operating conditions.

Structure and Design

  1. 1. Drive Mode: Available in D-type and F-type, both utilizing an elastic coupling for a steady, low-vibration drive.
  2. 2. Inlet and Outlet Configuration: The fan outlet is specified by the casing angle, and the inlet angle is expressed by the direction of the inlet relative to the horizontal line. For F-type models with an inlet box, both angles are listed (e.g., 45°/135°), while D-type models use only the outlet angle.
  3. 3. Rotation Direction: When viewed from the motor end, clockwise impeller rotation denotes a right-hand model, while counterclockwise rotation indicates a left-hand model.

Structural Features

Each fan comprises an impeller, casing, air inlet, regulation door, and transmission section, with F-type models featuring an inlet box for optimal air collection.

  1. 1. Impeller: The backward-curved, single-plate blade impeller is welded securely between a three-arc front cover and a flat rear disc. Balanced for both static and dynamic stability, the impeller incorporates advanced “gas-solid two-phase flow” technology, doubling the service life compared to standard fan impellers.
  2. 2. Casing: Fabricated from high-grade steel, the spiral-shaped casing is either two or three-piece, enabling easy access for maintenance. Induced draft models have reinforced casings to resist wear from high-temperature environments.
  3. 3. Air Inlet: The air inlet has a streamlined, convergent design, attached with bolts to the casing, which facilitates efficient airflow with minimal loss.
  4. 4. Air Inlet Box (F-Type): The F-type model’s air inlet box is designed to capture gas with minimal flow loss, optimizing the intake process.
  5. 5. Regulation Door: Placed at the air inlet, this adjustable door enables precise airflow control from 0° to 90°.
  6. 6. Transmission System: Comprising a high-quality main shaft and rolling bearings, the transmission is equipped with a thermometer for monitoring and uses L-AN46 thin-oil lubrication. The F-type model employs an oil-cooling system, while the D-type relies on water cooling for effective temperature regulation.
