Application

 

The 35t/h to 220t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Fan series, developed to support diverse fuel types, offers a compact and efficient design for industrial settings, especially in power generation. This industrial centrifugal fan series covers primary, secondary, and induced draft fan requirements for efficient air circulation and pressure stability. High-pressure centrifugal fans like these are essential for maintaining airflow in blast and induced draft systems. The primary and secondary fans operate within a maximum air temperature of 80°C, while the induced draft fan can handle flue gas temperatures up to 250°C, with dust content controlled below 200mg/m³.

  1. 1. Each primary, secondary, and induced draft fan operates as a single-suction centrifugal blower.
  2. 2. Models include both right-hand (clockwise rotation) and left-hand (counterclockwise rotation) configurations.
  3. 3. The position of air intake and outlet angles is indicated by the casing’s design for efficient setup.
  4. 4. Transmission options include D-type and F-type coupling transmissions, providing stable and efficient power delivery.

Structural Characteristics


This fan series comprises an impeller, casing, air intake, air intake box, regulating door, and transmission system.

  2. 1. Impeller: Built with precision-welded curved blades, the impeller is balanced dynamically and statically, with enhanced stability and durability for extended operation. Induced draft fans use backward-inclined blades with protective wear-resistant coatings.
  3. 2. Casing: Formed from steel plates, the spiral casing ensures durability and easy maintenance, with designs that allow full disassembly along the shaft centerline.
  4. 3. Air Intake: Engineered as a streamlined, convergent structure, the air intake minimizes air resistance for optimized airflow.
  5. 4. Regulating Door: This door controls the airflow, adjustable from fully open (0°) to fully closed (90°). It uses specialized lubricants: calcium-sodium grease for primary/secondary fans, and high-temperature molybdenum disulfide grease for induced draft fans, ensuring smooth and responsive adjustments.
  6. 5. Transmission: Consisting of a high-quality steel shaft, rolling bearings, and optional water-cooling for optimal temperature regulation (0.5-1m³/h water usage based on temperature). An oil level indicator and thermometer support maintenance requirements.

The fan series operates within specified performance parameters ideal for fluidized bed boilers, yet can be adjusted to align with custom requirements. Performance assessments are conducted under standard conditions, with recalculations to match the operational conditions of each installation.
