The G9-37 and Y9-37 Series Centrifugal Fans and Induced Draft Blowers are specifically designed for thermal power plants. These industrial centrifugal fans are suitable for transporting air at temperatures up to 80℃, while the induced draft fans can handle flue gas at temperatures up to 250℃. Available in both left-handed and right-handed configurations, they offer various model sizes to meet diverse installation needs, ensuring optimal performance for boiler exhaust systems.



The G9-37 and Y9-37 boiler draft fans and induced draft fans are designed for use in thermal power plants, providing reliable ventilation and exhaust capabilities. The ventilator handles air with a maximum temperature of 80℃, while the induced draft fan is capable of handling flue gases with temperatures up to 250℃, making it suitable for industrial exhaust applications.
The G9-37 ventilator is available in 19 different machine numbers, ranging from No.4 to No.16. The Y9-37 induced draft fan is available in 13 machine numbers, ranging from No.7.1 to No.16. Both fans are single-suction types, suitable for a variety of boiler systems.
The G9-37 and Y9-37 centrifugal fans consist of several key components, including an impeller, casing, air inlet, adjusting door, and transmission part.
① The impeller is constructed with backward-inclined, wing-shaped blades welded between a conical front disc and a flat rear disc, providing high efficiency and stability.
② The casing is made from welded steel plates, forming a volute casing that enhances aerodynamic performance.
③ The air inlet features a streamlined convergent structure, fixed to the front cover assembly with bolts, optimizing airflow efficiency.
④ The transmission part includes the main shaft, bearing box, and coupling. The main shaft is manufactured from high-quality steel, and the bearing box is an integral structure using ball bearings for smooth operation and reduced maintenance.
