The G6-51, Y6-51 series boiler centrifugal fan is ideal for thermal power plants and industrial steam boilers with capacities from 2 to 670 t/h. Designed for efficient air and flue gas handling, this centrifugal blower also supports applications like dust removal and mine ventilation. The fan operates at temperatures up to 250℃, providing long-lasting, high-efficiency airflow management.



The G6-51, Y6-51 series induced draft fan is designed for steam boilers in thermal power plants, supporting boilers with capacities ranging from 2 to 670 t/h. It also meets the high-performance requirements for fluidized bed furnaces and is suitable for dust removal, mine ventilation, and other general ventilation systems. It handles air and flue gas, including those containing impurity particles. The fan has a maximum operating temperature of 250℃, and its service life is more than four years when the impurity concentration is below 200mg/m³.
This centrifugal fan features a single-suction design, available in 20 machine numbers, from No.8 to 29.5, and 40 specifications. The fans can be configured for both left-hand and right-hand operation, with the fan outlet position adjustable according to the casing angle. The fan drive uses a D-type cantilever structure with direct coupling to the motor, ensuring smooth torque transmission and reduced vibrations.

This industrial fan incorporates advanced technologies such as wear-resistant impellers, oil-sealing bearing boxes, and adjustable air inlet doors. The design maximizes efficiency and durability, with backward single-plate blades that reduce airflow resistance, stabilize performance, and prevent motor overload.
The fan’s performance is determined by parameters such as flow rate, total pressure, shaft power, and efficiency. These values are based on standard conditions with air temperature at 20℃, atmospheric pressure at 101325Pa, and gas density of 1.2kg/m³. For induced draft fans, performance is calculated under air temperature of 200℃, with gas density of 0.745kg/m³.
Adjustments to performance can be made by controlling the fan speed, regulating the air intake, or altering the pipe network resistance. The fan should not operate beyond the maximum speed listed in the performance table.
