Design Options

These centrifugal fans come in both right-hand and left-hand designs. When viewed from the transmission shaft, right-hand fans rotate clockwise, while left-hand fans rotate counterclockwise. The outlet angles for these fans are available in 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°, and custom angles can be provided if needed. The G6-41 and Y6-41 series fans can be configured with A or D transmission modes for boiler fans and C or D modes for induced draft fans.

Structural Features

  • 1. Impeller – The impeller is made with backward-inclined blades and is welded between a conical cover and a flat wheel disc, ensuring stability. The impeller is dynamically balanced to achieve smooth operation, low noise, and high efficiency.
  • 2. Casing – The volute-shaped casing is constructed from high-grade steel plates, ensuring both durability and stable performance. It can be assembled separately or welded directly to the support.
  • 3. Air Inlet – Designed as a converging streamlined structure, the air inlet is bolted to the side of the fan, ensuring minimal airflow loss and efficient gas flow.
  • 4. Transmission System – The transmission system includes a main shaft, bearing box, and either a pulley or coupling. The system is lubricated with L-AN32 oil, which ensures good sealing and a long operational life.
