Application

The G6-30 and G5-47 centrifugal blowers are designed to provide optimal airflow and noise reduction when paired with industrial boiler systems. These fans also perform well in air supply and exhaust systems where the air temperature is below 50°C, and there are no corrosive or adhesive substances. This makes them highly adaptable for a range of industrial environments requiring effective air pressure and volume control.

Structural Features

 The blower comprises several key parts: impeller, casing, air inlet, air damper, and a supporting frame.

  1. 1. Impeller – Made with multiple steel blades, a curved front plate, and a straight rear plate, the impeller is securely riveted and welded for stability. It is dynamically balanced, ensuring high efficiency, low noise, and smooth operation.
  2. 2. Casing – Constructed from durable steel plates for long-lasting operation.
  3. 3. Air Inlet – The air inlet is a single integral unit positioned on the side of the fan. Its streamlined design helps direct airflow smoothly into the fan, reducing resistance and improving overall efficiency.
