Application
The G5-51 and Y5-51 series of centrifugal induced draft fans are specially designed for use in the induced draft systems of steam boilers with capacities from 2 to 670t/h. These fans are also ideal for high-pressure applications in fluidized bed furnaces and can be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general industrial ventilation systems. The induced draft fan is capable of handling flue gases containing impurity particles at concentrations of up to 200mg/m³, with a maximum operating temperature of 250°C.
Structural Characteristics
These single-suction fans are available in 40 specifications, with models ranging from No.8 to No.29.5. Each fan can be configured for left-hand or right-hand rotation, with the outlet position adjustable based on the casing's outlet angle. The fans feature a cantilever structure with a direct drive system, where the motor and fan are connected by elastic couplings. The advanced design incorporates high-strength wear-resistant impellers, oil-leakage-proof bearing boxes, and articulated axial adjustment doors for improved durability and performance. The fans are also easy to maintain, with a modular design that allows for quick assembly and disassembly.
Key Features
-
1. High-Strength Impeller: The impellers are made from wear-resistant materials, significantly extending the service life of the fan.
-
2. Oil-Leakage-Proof Bearings: The fan's bearing boxes are designed with overlapping oil thrower rings to prevent oil leakage and provide excellent dustproof performance.
-
3. Adjustable Air Inlet: The adjustable air inlet design allows for flexible control over airflow, improving the fan's overall efficiency.
-
4. Direct Drive System: The fan's direct drive system ensures even torque transmission, reducing vibration and enhancing reliability.
-
5. Modular Design: The fan's modular structure simplifies installation and maintenance, making it easier to transport and assemble.
Performance and Selection
The performance of the G5-51 and Y5-51 fans is detailed in selection curves and performance tables, based on specific operating conditions such as temperature, pressure, and gas density. The fans are optimized for high-efficiency operation, with a wide range of model options to meet various industrial needs. Adjustments can be made to the fan's performance by modifying the flow rate, fan speed, or pipe network resistance.
