Application

The G5-51-1 and Y5-51-1 F-type boiler draft and induced draft fans are specifically designed for use in thermal power plants. These fans transport air at a maximum temperature of 80°C and handle flue gases up to 250°C, ensuring reliable performance in industrial settings.

Structural Characteristics

  • Machine number.
    The fan and induced draft fan are single-suction types, available in 14 machine numbers ranging from No.8 to No.31.5.

  • Rotation angle.
    Fans can be configured for either right-hand or left-hand rotation. From the motor end, clockwise rotation indicates right-hand, while counterclockwise indicates left-hand.

 

Key Features

The fan consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, and transmission components.
  1. ① The impeller is made from backward-inclined blades welded between a conical front disk and a flat rear disk.
  2. ② The casing is constructed from standard steel plates and welded into a volute structure.
  3. ③ The air inlet is a streamlined, convergent design, securely bolted to the front cover assembly.
  4. ④ The transmission system includes a main shaft, bearing box, and coupling. The high-quality steel shaft is supported by a bearing box with ball bearings. The transmission uses an F-type double-support structure for increased durability.
