Application

G5-51-1 and Y5-51-1 boiler draft fans and induced draft fans are suitable for thermal power plants. The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250℃.

Structural Characteristics

  • Machine number.
    The fan and induced draft machine are single suction type. The fan has 13 machine numbers from No.8 to No.31.5, and the induced draft fan has 13 machine numbers from No.8 to No.31.5.

  • Rotation angle.
    The fan can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, represented by "right"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-handed fan, represented by "left".

 

Key Features

It consists of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, transmission part, etc.
  • 1. Impeller: The blades are cut obliquely from a backward-inclined single plate and welded between the conical front disc and the flat rear disc.
  • 2. Casing: Ordinary steel plates are welded into a volute casing.
  • 3. Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover assembly with bolts.
  • 4. Transmission part: It is composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The bearing box is an integral structure and adopts ball bearings.
