These fans are the result of a redesign based on the original G4-73-11, Y4-73-11 No.20-No.29.5D models, incorporating over 20 years of production and operational insights. Key improvements include:
1. Enhanced Transmission Mode: The original cantilever support (D type) has been replaced with an intermediate support (F type), significantly improving operational stability. This change is especially important for induced draft fans, where impeller wear and dust accumulation can cause rotor imbalance and vibration.
2. Improved Air Inlet Chamber: A specially designed air inlet chamber has been introduced, replacing the previous eccentric air inlet. This modification prevents air intake vortices, which previously caused severe vibrations and operational inefficiencies.
3. Regulating Dampers: Five wing-shaped blade regulating dampers have been installed at the entrance of the air inlet chamber, improving fan adjustment efficiency and flexibility. These dampers are supported by rolling bearings for smooth operation.
4. Water-Cooled Bearing Boxes: Both the blowers and induced draft fans now feature water-cooled bearing boxes to address heat buildup in high-temperature environments, ensuring reliable performance.
5. Improved Shaft Seal and Bleed Plug: The new design includes an enhanced shaft seal and an additional bleed plug in the bearing box, effectively resolving oil leakage issues.
6. Updated Rolling Bearings: With changes in rolling bearing standards, the new fans use updated models of rolling bearings, which, combined with the new transmission mode, reduce the occurrence of bearing-related issues.
7. Reinforced Casing and Air Inlet Chamber: The fan casing and air inlet chamber have been reinforced with a grid plate and hollow tube supports, eliminating vibration caused by insufficient rigidity.
8. Wear-Resistant Impeller Design: To combat dust particle wear, the impeller’s wing-shaped blade head has been enlarged, and a wear-resistant plate has been added. A wear-resistant layer with a hardness of over 48HRC has been welded onto vulnerable areas, extending the impeller’s service life.
9. Optimized Inlet and Outlet Angles: The new design features a 135° inlet angle and a 45° outlet angle, allowing for easy rotor removal and maintenance without disassembling the entire fan.
10. Expanded Design Capabilities: The range now includes No.31.5 forced draft and induced draft fans, broadening the application scope for large-scale industrial operations.
The performance data provided in the selection curves and tables is based on standard conditions: tj=20°C, pj=101325Pa, ρj=1.2kg/m³ for the blower, and tj=140°C, pj=101325Pa, ρj=0.85kg/m³ for the induced draft fan. Adjustments should be made for deviations from these conditions to ensure optimal fan selection and performance.
