Application

G4-32-11 boiler centrifugal blower is used for blasting in boiling boilers of 2 to 20(C). This boiling boiler mainly burns coal gangue, stone coal, inferior bituminous coal, lignite, oil shale, etc. The medium temperature is 20 ℃, The medium density is 1.2kg/m³.

Structural features

G4-32-11 boiler centrifugal blower can be made into two rotation forms. When looking at the direction of rotation of the impeller from one end of the motor, it is right-hand when it is clockwise and left-hand when it is counterclockwise. The boiler centrifugal blower can be installed at 0° or 180°. The impeller diameter is φ770mm, with single-side air inlet, direct motor connection, and double-suction F-type transmission above 20/h. G4-32-11 boiler centrifugal blower consists of the following parts:

  1. The impeller is welded by an arc-shaped backward inclined blade, a carved front disk, and a flat rear disk.
  2. The casing is welded with steel plates to form a volute, and the air outlet is welded into a circular outlet.
  3. The air inlet is welded by a conical air duct and an inlet flange.
  4. The bracket group is formed by welding channel steel or using a cast iron bracket.
  5. The main shaft of the transmission group is driven by 45 steel coupling (for 20t/h).
