G/Y6-51-1D Industrial Centrifugal Fan for Boiler Systems

Overview

The G/Y6-51-1D boiler fan is designed for thermal power plants, where it efficiently manages air and flue gas circulation. The fan handles air at temperatures up to 80℃, while the induced draft fan manages flue gas at temperatures up to 250℃. Both the fan and the induced draft fan feature single-suction designs and come in 13 different machine sizes, ranging from 8 to 29.5.
 

Rotation and Design

This fan can be configured for either right-hand or left-hand rotation. Viewed from the motor end, clockwise impeller rotation indicates a right-hand fan, while counterclockwise rotation indicates a left-hand fan. The overall structure includes an impeller, casing, air inlet, adjustment door, and transmission system for smooth operation.

  1. 1. Impeller: The blades are made from backward-inclined steel plates, welded between a conical front disc and a flat rear disc to ensure efficiency.
  2. 2. Casing: Made from durable steel, the casing is shaped into a volute design for enhanced stability.
  3. 3. Air Inlet: The streamlined air inlet is designed for optimal airflow and is bolted securely to the front cover.
  4. 4. Transmission System: Featuring a main shaft, bearing box, and coupling, the transmission system is constructed from high-quality materials for long-lasting performance. The bearing box uses ball bearings for improved stability.
