Overview

The G/Y6-51-1 F type boiler fan and induced draft fan are designed for efficient use in thermal power stations.
 

Operating conditions

The fan handles air at temperatures up to 80℃, while the induced draft fan manages flue gases at up to 250℃.
 

Model range

The fan and induced draft fan feature a single-suction design and are available in 14 models, from No. 8 to No. 31.5.
 

Rotation direction

This fan can rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise. Viewed from the motor side, a clockwise rotation indicates a right-hand fan, and counterclockwise rotation denotes a left-hand fan.
 

Main components

The fan is composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, adjusting door, and transmission parts.
① Impeller: Made from backward-inclined blades, welded between a conical front disc and a flat rear disc for enhanced performance.
② Casing: Manufactured from welded steel plates, the casing forms a robust volute design.
③ Air Inlet: The air inlet has a convergent streamlined structure, bolted to the front cover for secure installation.
④ Transmission: Comprising a high-quality steel main shaft, bearing box, and coupling. The F-type transmission uses a double-support structure with ball bearings for stability.
