G/Y6-41 Series Industrial Boiler Fans for Draft and Induced Draft Applications

Purpose

The G/Y6-41 series centrifugal fans are engineered for use in industrial boiler systems. These fans provide both draft and induced draft capabilities, making them ideal for boilers with an evaporation capacity between 0.5 and 10 t/h. These industrial fans deliver efficient air circulation and exhaust management.

Applicable Environment

The draft fan can operate in temperatures up to 50°C (with a maximum of 80°C), while the induced draft fan can handle temperatures up to 200°C (maximum 250°C). The fan is also capable of managing environments where dust and particulate levels do not exceed 150mg/m³, ensuring performance stability even in harsh conditions.
 

Machine Numbers

This series includes 6 machine numbers for the draft fans: No. 2.5A, 3.3A, 5.4A, 6.4A, 7.1A, and 8.5A. For the induced draft fans, 8 machine numbers are available: No. 3.55C, 4C, 4.5C, 5.4C, 7.1C, 9C, 10C, and 11.2D.

Rotation and Configuration

These centrifugal blowers come in both right-handed and left-handed versions. When viewed from the motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is termed right-handed; if counterclockwise, it is left-handed. The outlet angle for both right-hand and left-hand fans can be configured to 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. Additionally, these fans can be equipped with A or D transmission modes for draft fans, and C or D transmission modes for induced draft fans.

Structural Overview

  • 1. Impeller – The impeller is crafted from backward-inclined arc blades and welded between an arc-conical wheel cover and a flat wheel disc. It undergoes precise balancing to ensure smooth, quiet operation with high efficiency and minimal vibration.
  • 2. Casing – Constructed from robust steel plates, the casing is volute-shaped for durability. It can be assembled either as a separate component or welded directly to the support structure.
  • 3. Air Inlet – The streamlined air inlet is designed to enhance airflow, bolted securely on the inlet side to minimize losses and optimize air intake efficiency.
  • 4. Transmission System – This includes a main shaft, integral bearing box, rolling bearings, and either pulleys or couplings. The transmission is lubricated using L-AN32 oil for optimal performance and longevity.
