FG Series Boiler Centrifugal Fan for Industrial Fluidized Bed Boilers

Application

The FG Series centrifugal fan is purpose-built for fluidized bed boilers, effectively handling fuels like coal gangue, inferior bituminous coal, lignite, and oil shale. Optimized for 20℃ air discharge with a medium density of 1.2 kg/m³, this fan is also suited for cupola furnaces and other boiler systems. Its durable design provides reliable air discharge for non-corrosive, non-adhesive, and non-spontaneous gases, ensuring high efficiency in various industrial settings.

Structural Characteristics

This centrifugal fan series is available in multiple models based on the boiler's steam output: 4 t/h, 6 t/h, 8 t/h, 10 t/h, 12 t/h, and 35 t/h. For models up to 12 t/h, the "A" type transmission directly connects the impeller to the motor, while larger models over 12 t/h use a "D" type transmission, where a coupling connects the impeller to the motor through a rolling bearing for improved durability. Available in both right- and left-handed configurations, these centrifugal blowers offer flexible operation: clockwise rotation indicates a right-handed fan, and counterclockwise rotation represents a left-handed fan. The standard setup shows a right-handed fan, though customized installation angles, such as 0°, are also available.

Featuring 12 backward-curved blades welded between a curved front disc and a flat rear disc, the impeller is statically and dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation. The fan housing and motor are designed as a single unit, facilitating easy transport and installation, making the FG Series an ideal centrifugal blower solution for industrial airflow and ventilation needs.
