Application

CF series multi-wing centrifugal fans are new high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise medium-pressure fans that absorb advanced foreign technology and are used for the increasingly developed kitchen purification and hotel and restaurant ventilation in China. They are widely used for ventilation and fume extraction in kitchens, hotels, restaurants, factories, mines, and public places. The medium to be transported is air or other non-self-igniting and harmless gases to the human body. The medium does not contain sticky substances, the temperature is ≤80°C, and the dust and hard particles are ≤100mg/m³.

Structure

This centrifugal fan is a single suction type, with six machine numbers: 2A, 2.5A, 3A, 3.5A, 4A, and SA. The fan can be made into two forms: right-handed and left-handed. Looking from the motor end, the impeller rotates clockwise for a right-handed centrifugal blower, represented by "right"; the opposite is "left". The air outlet position of the centrifugal fan can be made into 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°, which is applicable to both left and right rotation. This centrifugal fan is mainly composed of an air inlet, an impeller, a casing, a motor, and a bracket. The machine booth store uses ordinary steel plates to weld the volute casing as a whole. The air inlet is made of ordinary steel plates to form a convergent streamline and welded to the front cover plate to form an integral structure. The impeller is made of 40-60 thin plate arc blades riveted with the wheel disc and wheel cover, and is corrected for static and dynamic balance. It has good aerodynamic performance and runs smoothly.
